CONSTRUCTION: This top is worked from the top-down, beginning with short-row shoulder shaping while the upper back and v-neck shoulders are worked flat, and then joined in the round under the arms. The neckline and tank armholes are finished with an i-cord bind-off, while the sleeve options are picked up and knit in the round, finished with a folded hem.
GAUGE: 21 stitches & 30 rows in 4” (10 cm) after blocking, in stockinette on US 6 (4mm) needles, or whatever size meets gauge
NEEDLES & NOTIONS: US 6 (4mm) needles with 22” (56 cm) cable for working body in the round & sleeves with magic loop, 6 stitch markers (4 should be locking), tapestry needle
FIT: Designed to be worn with slightly negative ease at the bust (~1” / 2.5 cm), neutral ease at the waist, and slightly positive ease at the hips (~1.5” / 4 cm). If you’re in between sizes, size down for a tight fit or size up for a looser fit. If you have a larger bust, you can size down and add extra bust increases / waist decreases.
See sizing chart in photos for all measurements!
